In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2023 on "whistleblowing" and in accordance with current regulations, Hotel Invest Italiana S.r.l. has established a system for the collection and management of so-called "whistleblowing" reports with the aim of improving the integrity and transparency of the organization, ensuring the confidentiality of the reporting party, and maintaining the confidentiality of the reports themselves.

We provide a structured and secure channel for all employees and suppliers to report concerns or illicit behaviors without fear of retaliation, thus creating a trustworthy environment where everyone feels empowered to speak up, contributing to the health and success of the workplace.

Reports can be submitted through the use of a platform or alternatively by calling a dedicated phone number. Anonymous reports will be considered only if adequately detailed and documented.
